In addition to driving sales growth, Vipin plays a crucial role in strengthening organizational resilience—mitigating key-man risks by fostering cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and systems-based knowledge transfer. Pranesh Kankanwadi is a Chartered Accountant and experienced business leader with over 30 years in multinational and private enterprises. For over 25 years, he worked closely with the family members of the Enpee group to shape strategic decisions for the India and Middle East business. He played a key role in building Positive Packaging into a successful multinational business with operations across India, the UAE, and beyond. When the company was acquired by Huhtamaki Oyj, a global packaging leader, Pranesh continued in a leadership capacity, serving as Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, where he contributed to regional strategy and integration. He later served as CEO of Amcor India, where he drove growth and sustainability-led innovation. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Pranesh has been associated with Kreston ME Consulting as Director of Business Strategy.

Arun Lakhani holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He began his professional journey in 2005 by being inducted into the Enpee Group, where he spent time understanding the group’s diverse business interests, including its operations in the metal packaging sector in Nigeria. He was also involved in the early-stage establishment of businesses in Dubai and Mauritius, gaining valuable exposure to cross-border operations and business setup processes.
Building on these formative experiences, Arun is now leading his first independent venture in the manufacturing sector through OFP Engineering. This project reflects his deep interest in precision engineering and structured business building. With a clear vision for long-term value creation, Arun is focused on developing OFP Engineering into a company that is known for quality, integrity, and forward-thinking leadership.
